the following will be required:
- Company Formation Documents (Articles of Incorporation or equivalent).
- Company Tax Identification Number (CNPJ or equivalent).
- If you are an intermediary, a public or private power of attorney signed by the legal owner of the asset is mandatory. Physical signatures require notarization.
After registration, our technical team will contact you to schedule a project presentation meeting, during which the following documents must be provided:
- Technical reports.
- Certificates of chemical analyses.
- Geological, engineering and metallurgical studies.

For Investors,
the following will be required:
- Company Formation Documents (Articles of Incorporation or equivalent).
- Company Identification Number.
- Legal representative’s details.
After the initial registration review, we will request:
